iprospectcheck Coronavirus Communique
Dear Clients and Colleagues,
Certainly, you have received dozens of emails from your supply chain partner companies explaining the projected impact of the pandemic, steps taken, mitigation etc., etc. Oddly, many of those communications look like they were written by the same attorney. My goal with this memo is to inform you and make you glad that we work together. Hence, no attorneys were used in the writing of this communication.
First things first. Andrea and I are close to the, “Old enough to die from this thing” category. So, it was an easy decision to give our growing Service Team the green light to work remotely beginning on March 9th. Many thanks go out to Ms. Taylor Ortega aPHR, our Criminal Research Director for encouraging us to adopt “Remote Fridays” last year to help us exercise and perfect our business continuity plan. Having carefully gathered and implemented the best remote working tools available before the crisis made the process very simple and smooth for us. Thank you, Taylor!
We are measuring our “Client First” KPI’s every day to make sure that you always receive EXCELLENT service regardless of where we work. We are dedicated to serving you to the highest level whether from our service center or from our homes.
Here is what we foresee in terms of possible service disruptions and potentially unavoidable delays:
We are anticipating and already experiencing a few court closures across the country. Some will be for a few days, some for longer. As soon as we learn of delays, we will share that information with you so that you can stay in the loop. You probably know from our experiences together, if a record can be retrieved, my team will retrieve it for you. We are on top of it.
We are forecasting moderate disruptions to those verifications that require us to call out to verify past employment. If the business isn’t open, it will take time to collect the information for you. But we will get it done. We are a persistent Team.
College degree verifications should see only slight disruption, as many have simply sent the students home to work online, and the registrars may remain available. We may see delays of one to two weeks as schools close to clean and sanitize work areas. High School diplomas will become significantly more challenging. Anticipate an occasional 14 to 28-day turnaround time if it is still possible to get access to these records. We will collect diplomas from your candidates whenever possible. If it can be done, you can count on us to do it.
There are currently no ETA’s available for China, France, Italy or Spain. We predict that other European countries will become inaccessible as the pandemic spreads. We are working hard to stay on top of the rapidly changing landscape and will keep you informed as we learn more.
It is important for us to share with you that our operations will continue as usual. We will be here to serve you as we always have been.
It is an honor to serve you and we thank you for that opportunity every day,
Andrea P. Rodgers, CEO
Matthew J. Rodgers, President
